TSG Nothing showing on pen display

There are lots of reasons you might not be seeing anything on your pen display.

PROBLEM: Screen turns on and off over and over

When this case you might see something on your pen display for a second or two and then your pen display goes black for a few seconds and then you might see something on your pen display again and this pattern will just keep on repeating

PROBLEM: NO SIGNAL / POWER SAVING

When you turn on your pen display do you see a message very briefly that says something like “no signal” and a few seconds later potentially followed by a message that says power saving?
