Huion Kamvas Pro 16 Plus 4K (GT1562) notes

This was a quick write up of this tablet that is missing a lot of details.

Overview

This tablet as decent drawing performance but suffers from extreme anti-glare sparkle. Many users are put off by it. More details below.

If you are going to get this tablet consider: Upgrading from Huion PW517 to Huion PW550 pens

In all other ways besides the AG sparkle, I was satisfied with this tablet.

I think a much better choice would be the Huion Kamvas 16 GEN3. My notes on the Huion Kamvas 16 GEN3.

Anti-glare sparkle

The only issue with this tablet is that it exhibits the strongest anti-glare sparkle that I have ever seen in any device.

I'm not even typically sensitive to anti-glare sparkle. I can tolerate a lot of it. It took me several weeks to adjust to adjust to this. I mostly don't mind it now. Some of you will surely hate the amount of sparkle, and mainy people complain about this model for this reason.

Connections and cabling

Using one USB-C cable

I was able to use this with a single Thunderbolt 3 USB-C cable and a computer with a Thunderbolt 4 port. However, one of my computers could supply enough power for it with that cable, and one of my computers could not.
